Our client is seeking an analytical, commercially minded, and highly execution-focused Strategy & Operations Manager to join its growing US team. This is a high-impact opportunity for an exceptional operator who can turn complex strategic challenges into clear plans and drive those plans through to execution. The successful candidate will work closely with the US executive leadership team and play a central role in building the operational foundations required to scale a growing digital health business.

About the Role

As the Strategy & Operations Manager, you will sit at the centre of US business execution, supporting launch management, healthcare-system implementation, clinical programmes, product operations, and strategic growth initiatives. You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, bringing structure to ambiguous problems, developing data-driven recommendations, and ensuring strategic priorities are executed effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Business Operations
    • Support the development and execution of the US business strategy.
    • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and KPIs.
    • Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions.
    • Drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.
    • Monitor business performance and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • US Market Launch
    • Support commercial launch and market expansion activities across the United States.
    • Coordinate launch plans, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
    • Identify execution risks and ensure timely resolution.
    • Develop operating processes required to support scalable growth.
  • Healthcare System Implementation
    • Support implementation programmes with health systems and strategic partners.
    • Coordinate stakeholders across clinical, commercial, product, and operational functions.
    • Track implementation milestones and outcomes.
    • Develop scalable processes for future partner deployments.
  • Financial & Analytical Management
    • Build financial models, forecasts, business cases, and scenario analyses.
    • Analyze operational and commercial data to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Develop dashboards and performance reporting for senior leadership.
    • Support investment, pricing, resource allocation, and growth decisions.
  • Product & Clinical Operations
    • Work closely with Product, Clinical, Commercial, and Technology teams.
    • Support product operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Help translate customer and clinical requirements into operational priorities.
    • Support the development of scalable operating frameworks.
  • Executive Support
    • Prepare strategic presentations, analysis, and recommendations for senior leadership.
    • Support executive decision-making through rigorous analysis.
    • Manage high-priority strategic projects with significant autonomy.
    • Act as a trusted execution partner to the US leadership team.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business transformation, or a related field.
  • Experience with a top-tier management consulting firm is highly desirable.
  • MBA from a top-tier university preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
  • Excellent financial modelling and business analysis skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to operate independently.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
  • Healthcare or digital health experience is an advantage.
