Strategy & Operations Manager, Account Management
About the role
A Strategy & Operations Manager, Account Management position at BetterUp involves driving a new go-to-market strategy, crafting executive communications, managing CxO engagements, and generating pipeline within a new segment. Responsibilities
- Drives account and key stakeholder research for enterprise organizations
- Crafts all executive communications and deliverables
- Orchestrates internal cross-functional coordination and collaboration
- Manages engagement with the CxOs team at the prospect organization
- Led RFP responses as needed including strategy and coordination of response materials
- Accountable for pipeline generation within the new segment
Requirements
- 3+ years of strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree - emphasis on what you learned and how you've applied it to your life
- Strong interest in organizational behavior, positive psychology, coaching, or behavioral sciences
- Strong experience with and comfort analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
- Project management & execution skills, including attention to detail, commitment to consistent timelines, operating from a sense of urgency, and prioritizing across multiple projects and initiatives
- Scrappiness: someone who gets excited about rolling up their sleeves and doing whatever it takes to deliver, in a way that impresses themselves

Pay
The base salary range for the role is as follows:
- Zone A (San Francisco, New York): $120,000 - $150,000
- Zone B (All Other Hubs): $108,000 - $135,000
Schedule
We are a hybrid company with a focus on in-person collaboration when necessary. Employees are expected to be available to work from one of our office hubs at least two days per week, or eight days per month. Our US hub locations include: Austin, TX; New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; and the Washington, DC metro area. If this is a role based in Europe, our Europe hub locations are London, UK and Amsterdam, NL.
