What You Will Own
- Turn Strategy into Action
- Build and maintain North America market perspective including competitive insights.
- Identify commercial and operational priorities across the organization, including key customer segments, customers, sales channels.
- Partner directly with North America and global leadership to define and continuously refine strategic priorities.
- Bring clarity to a growing set of initiatives by helping the business prioritize what matters most.
- Translate strategy into executable plans with clear ownership, milestones, and outcomes.
- Drive Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across commercial, operational, and support functions.
- Bring the right stakeholders together, ask the right questions, and drive decisions forward.
- Identify where work is stuck and proactively unblock progress through alignment and action.
- Ensure consistency in how initiatives are executed across sites and teams.
- Build Structure in a Growing Organization
- Create local strategic governance rhythms including actions, decision points, and escalation paths including KPIs and status reporting.
- Create visibility for leadership without adding unnecessary complexity.
- Strengthen Market and Business Insight
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the North America market, including competitors, customer segments, and commercial opportunities.
- Identify where to focus resources for the greatest impact on growth and performance.
- Support M&A strategy development and help establish relationships in the local market.
- Lead Strategic Projects
- End-to-End Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams for customer onboarding, product transitions, process improvements, standardization initiatives, and other operational priorities.
- Ensure projects follow a consistent lifecycle from kickoff to completion, including documentation, stakeholder updates, and lessons-learned review.
- Support capital projects through business cases, coordination and governance (technical ownership remains with engineering).
- Lead project reviews, steering committee meetings, and periodic leadership briefings.
- Coach and elevate project ownership capability across the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience in business strategy and project delivery.
- Experience in food, packaging, consumer goods, or similar industries preferred.
- Proven ability to lead projects and influence across functions.
