Strategy Manager, NNA

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver clear, executive-ready presentations and materials for senior leadership, including executive summaries.

Translate complex discussions, working sessions, and leadership conversations into actionable plans, aligned priorities, and clear next steps.

Confidently communicate insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior executives and challenge assumptions when appropriate.

Drive collaboration across functions and regions, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives under tight timelines.

Partner closely with the global sustainability and Vision 3x30 teams and regional strategic projects counterparts to align priorities, messaging, and execution.

Lead internal reporting and commentary on Vision 3x30 / sustainability performance metrics and roadmap to targets in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytical fields, such as Finance, Business, Economics, or Supply Chain.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in: Corporate strategy, Project-based or consulting roles, Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong project management capabilities, with proven ability to manage deadlines and drive execution.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills; high comfort with data-driven problem solving.
• Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, compelling executive-level insights.
• Experience in communicating with and influencing senior executives.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
