Responsibilities

  • Leading due diligence, integration, and separation engagements
  • Driving proposal development and business growth through client relationships
  • Managing cross-functional project teams and facilitating workshops
  • Developing and presenting final deliverables
  • Safeguarding engagement quality and staff development

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years' experience in M&A advisory, including due diligence and integration
  • A background in corporate strategy or development is preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
  • The ability to manage multiple complex initiatives across the M&A lifecycle
  • Additional industry deal experience and operational exposure across corporate functions are desirable
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
