Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultant - Veeva

Responsibilities

• Leverage knowledge of R&D Products and Platforms (such as Veeva, Medidata, IQVIA, etc.) for strategic planning, functional data flow, product implementations (including configuration, deployment, migration, and GxP testing), R&D stakeholders & processes, and platform ecosystem management.
• Support R&D business process enhancements based on experience, best practices, business knowledge, and gaps in current vs. future state in one or more of the following R&D domains: Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and/or Safety.
• Support project delivery execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings.
• Design and execute qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to test and analyze hypotheses.
• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor and support development of Associates on your projects and teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, PhD, or Master’s degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, and social sciences.
• In lieu of a PhD, 3-5 years of relevant post-study professional experience will be considered.
• Veeva or Medidata experience is required.
