Responsibilities
- Leverage problem-solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to clients' business problems
- Aid in structuring and conducting market research and/or desk research to derive insights and support client decision-making
- Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and ZS's proprietary software
- Synthesize data-driven insights and present findings through structured verbal and written presentations, including executive-level PowerPoint decks
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a key point of contact on certain aspects of projects
- Manage the project plan and provide regular status updates with the client, focusing on risk and issue mitigation
- Support the advancement of problem-solving skills and contribute to the enhancement of ZS's capabilities
- Mentor and support the development of Associates on your projects and teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field with quantitative coursework, such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or other social sciences
- 2-4 years of relevant post-graduate professional experience; a PhD may be considered in lieu of work experience
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, data-driven narratives for diverse audiences

Schedule
We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to combine work from home and on-site presence at clients/ZS offices for the majority of their week. Travel is a requirement for client-facing ZSers, and opportunities for travel are provided to strengthen client relationships, gain diverse experiences, and enhance professional growth.
