About the role

ZS is a consulting and technology firm dedicated to transforming ideas into impactful solutions for patients, caregivers, and consumers globally. As a member of this dynamic team, you'll collaborate closely with a diverse group of professionals to drive meaningful change.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop systematic literature reviews (SLR), global value dossiers (GVD), Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers, and other value and evidence communication documents.
  • Write, edit, and review scientific publications for peer-reviewed journals, including manuscripts.
  • Collaborate with global delivery teams (e.g., statisticians, programmers) to execute statistical analyses.
  • Interpret and communicate scientific and analytical findings clearly and accurately, aligning with client objectives.
  • Engage with clients, including HEOR, market access, and medical affairs leaders, to ensure study outputs support strategic goals.
  • Create project deliverables and implement solutions.
  • Advance problem-solving skills and contribute to enhancing ZS’s capabilities.
  • Mentor Associates on teams.

Requirements

  • Graduate-level degree (Master’s or higher) in biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience, or a PhD may substitute for post-graduate experience.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, conducting, and publishing scientific research (e.g., peer-reviewed publications, poster presentations).
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods and analysis, with the ability to design analyses.
  • Exceptional scientific writing skills and experience drafting or reviewing manuscripts for publication.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for scientific rigor.
  • Ability to translate technical findings into clear insights for diverse audiences, including commercial and medical teams.
  • Client-first mentality and intense work ethic.
  • Collaborative spirit and a passion for working across functions and disciplines.
