About the role

Responsibilities
- Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to clients' business problems.
- Aid in structuring and conducting market research and/or desk research to derive insights and contribute to client decision-making.
- Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and ZS's proprietary software.
- Synthesize and communicate results through oral and written presentations to clients and ZS teams.
- Build and maintain client relationships and serve as a key point of contact on certain aspects of projects.
- Support the management of the program plan and conduct regular status updates with the client, addressing risks and issues.
- Contribute to digital strategy initiatives by bridging business and technology, understanding how marketing, analytics, and digital tools intersect to drive client impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, such as marketing, product, and technology teams, to translate business needs into actionable digital and analytical solutions.
- Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilities.
- Mentor and support the development of Associates on your projects and teams.
Requirements
- PhD or Masters with a bachelor’s degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, and social sciences.
- In lieu of a PhD, 2-5 years of relevant post-study professional experience will be considered.
- 3–5 years of relevant post-study experience preferred (e.g., associate product management, business analysis, digital marketing strategy).
- Aptitude for digital strategy—understanding how business objectives, data, and technology converge to inform marketing and product decisions.
