The Strategy& Deals Technology Strategy Senior Associate role is pivotal in guiding clients through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. You will leverage your skills to provide strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services, helping clients make informed decisions and maximize value. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional and technical standards. This role supports clients across the full transaction lifecycle, including deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post-deal value creation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence to support mergers and acquisitions
  • Develop acquisition strategies and evaluate business plans to identify growth opportunities
  • Perform competitive analysis and industry trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Create detailed financial models to assess potential deal structures and outcomes
  • Support post-merger integration efforts to maximize value creation and achieve strategic objectives
  • Engage in scenario analysis to anticipate potential risks and opportunities in deal execution
  • Collaborate with corporate development teams to drive strategic planning and execution
  • Analyze financial statements to provide insights into financial health and performance
  • Assist in the development of strategic initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
  • Utilize financial risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential financial uncertainties

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • This role is for job seekers in their final year of an MBA program at the time of application

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
