Strategy Associate Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Strategy Associate for New Business and Client Development to support our new business efforts. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Client Strategy, sales, and strategy teams to help bring custom pitch decks to life.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the creation and refinement of custom pitch decks for prospective clients
• Collaborate with sales and strategy partners to understand client needs, goals, and challenges
• Help translate paid media, SEO, and broader digital strategies into clear, easy-to-understand narratives
• Support the visual layout and informational design of slides to ensure clarity, flow, and impact
• Ensure pitch materials are on-brand, polished, and aligned with our strategic point of view
• Iterate on decks based on feedback, timelines, and evolving pitch needs

Requirements

• Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, especially paid media channels like Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as SEO/GEO (depth not required, we’ll help you grow)
• Strong written communication skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas
• A clear eye for visual communication, layout, and informational design
• Comfort working in presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or similar)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working cross-functionally
• Comfort with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for deck creation efficiencies

Qualifications

• Nice-to-have: Experience supporting sales, new business, or pitch development at a marketing agency
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and how they’re communicated in client-facing materials
• Nice-to-have: Basic design experience or comfort working within brand systems and templates
• Nice-to-have: Curiosity about emerging trends in digital marketing and advertising
