About the role
We're looking for a Digital Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Realm's marketing engine across content, SEO, PR, and digital growth. This is a hands-on, highly analytical role for someone who can combine creativity with operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies that educate homeowners while supporting acquisition and SEO goals.
- Plan and oversee production of articles, videos, social content, photography, email campaigns, webinars, and other marketing assets.
- Coordinate content collection from customers, contractors, advisors, and internal teams.
- Maintain a consistent publishing cadence across multiple channels.
- Own Realm's SEO strategy in partnership with external agencies.
- Analyze Google Search Console, GA4, AI search trends, and keyword opportunities to prioritize new content.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to improve technical SEO, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture.
- Identify opportunities to increase rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor AI search visibility and develop strategies for emerging search platforms and large language models.
- Manage agencies & external partners.
- Serve as the primary owner of multiple marketing agencies simultaneously.
- Set clear goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
- Hold agency partners accountable for quality, deadlines, and measurable performance.
- Cook up initiatives remain aligned.
- Evaluate new vendors and determine where specialized expertise can accelerate growth.
- Drive public relations & brand awareness.
- Develop stories that position Realm as an industry thought leader.
- Coordinate press releases, media outreach, and award submissions.
- Build relationships with journalists, editors, podcasts, newsletters, influencers, and industry publications.
- Track earned media performance, backlinks, domain authority, and brand mentions.
- Identify opportunities for executives to contribute thought leadership and commentary.
- Build an AI-Enabled Marketing Organization.
- Continuously evaluate and implement AI tools that improve marketing productivity and quality.
- Develop workflows that use AI for research, content ideation, editing, SEO optimization, creative production, reporting, and campaign management.
- Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and recommend where they can create competitive advantages.
- Help establish AI best practices across the marketing function.
- Measure what matters.
- Analyze acquisition channels, attribution, organic traffic, conversion funnels, engagement metrics, and ROI.
- Identify trends quickly and recommend actions based on data.
- Run experiments to improve marketing performance.
- Present clear performance updates and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or marketing operations.
- Experience in housing, residential construction, real estate, home services, proptech, or adjacent consumer industries.
- Strong understanding of SEO & AEO strategy, technical SEO fundamentals, and content-driven organic growth.
- Experience managing multiple external agencies and cross-functional vendors simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker, or similar reporting platforms.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling ability.
- Experience managing content calendars and coordinating creative production.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience with generative AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Perplexity, and other emerging AI marketing tools.
