Oversee Osmo's social presence across platforms
Develop a consumer-centric, DTC-inspired content and social strategy tailored to a B2B audience (indie brands, founders, creators)
Support content creation and distribution across owned channels, including Substack
Growth & Analytics
Own full-funnel reporting — from traffic → leads → qualified pipeline → closed-won revenue
Identify opportunities to improve CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that clearly tie marketing efforts to business outcomes
