About the role
The gTech Strategy and Operations organization ensures gTech’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Define, launch, and manage projects independently to drive strategic and operational initiatives for the gSO Ads product portfolio.
- Develop hypotheses against opportunity areas, perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and translate complex data sets into actionable insights that power product and AI strategy.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across gTech Ads Product Enablement Managers, gTech Ads Verticals and various gSO teams to build alignment, communicate recommendations, and remove roadblocks to execution.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions or frameworks to optimize the Product-to-Market (Practitioners) and vice-versa feedback loop and activation strategies.
- Conduct strategic assessments of emerging AI capabilities and product developments to evaluate benefits, challenges, risks, and implications for gTech's Go-To-Market strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- MBA or graduate degree preferred.
- Experience managing and delivering project components with limited guidance.
- Ability to identify and solve problems within a given project scope.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to distill insights from complex data and present actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Pay
- US: $124,000 - $178,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
