Strategic Technology Partner - Product Enablement

About the role

The Technology Systems Support Analyst will play a critical role in providing backend support and ensuring the seamless operation of core technology systems, including the electronic health record (EHR) platform, internal customer relationship management (CRM) system, scheduling platform, and other technology tools that support business objectives. This role is ideal for a proactive and solutions-oriented professional with a deep understanding of health tech systems, integrations, and the unique challenges of a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for EHR, CRM, scheduling platform, and other systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with internal teams (Product, Clinical, Reporting, Data Platform) and external vendors.
• Support implementation of new tools and platforms, integrating them with existing systems to enhance workflows and data connectivity.
• Optimize system configurations to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic recommendations to vendor relationship managers for system enhancements and future technology investments.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system processes, integrations, and configurations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Pay

Expected salary range: $95,472.00 – $106,080.00 annually.
