About the role
The Early Career Enablement, Data & Documentation Intern is a hands-on learning opportunity designed for students who want to build practical experience in data analysis, business operations, and process documentation. This role supports the Global Sales & Customer Success Learning and Development (GLaD) team by helping to keep learner programs organized, data accurate, and processes clearly documented.
Responsibilities
- Help track learner and certification progress using existing reports, spreadsheets, and tools
- Aid in organizing learner follow-ups and program data coordinated through email and other written communication
- Support day-to-day tasks that keep enablement programs running smoothly
- Work with Excel to review and organize data
- Learn how to spot trends, gaps, or missing information and help summarize data findings in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Practice checking data for accuracy and consistency
- Help create and update process documents, guides, and reference materials
- Organize documentation so it is easy for teams to find and use
- Participate in reviewing documents to ensure they are up to date
- Use AI tools to help with summaries, drafting, and data analysis tasks
- Learn how to write clear prompts and review AI outputs carefully
- Build good habits around accuracy, validation, and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, such as: Business Analytics / Data / Information Systems, Economics
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Willingness to learn new tools and concepts
- Clear written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
