Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to Commodity Managers through activities such as drafting, reviewing, or negotiating amendments, addendums, and low-risk contracts.
• Support complex Request for Proposals (RFPs) or key STARS initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain information necessary for DNV audits.
• Ensure accuracy of contract information and manage all related documentation according to Piedmont Healthcare standards and applicable information systems (legal, contract, and ERP systems).
• Maintain tracking tools for contracting, sourcing, and special projects.
• Maintain internal and customer communication tools, including information needed for effective customer engagement by Supply Chain leadership.
• Work independently and collaboratively with Clinical Resource Managers, Strategic Sourcing, and STARS teams to achieve Supply Chain and Piedmont Healthcare goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain, or a related field Required.
• In lieu of a degree, six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.
• Three (3) years of supply chain experience working with and managing contracts and/or vendor relationships Required.
• In lieu of a degree, nine (9) years of supply chain experience working with and managing contracts and/or vendor relationships Required.
