Products and services provided include:

• Sale, rental, lease, and supplies of infusion pumps, nerve blocks, nerve block catheters, postoperative pain pumps, central venous catheters, IV pumps, pole-mounted pumps, syringe pumps, enteral pumps
• Disposable products like Huber needles, clean room supplies, IV extension tubing, pump tubing
• Ambulatory pumps, replacement pumps, central venous access devices, closed system transfer devices
• Negative pressure wound therapy vacs and wound vacs
• Chemotherapy and oncology infusion pumps

Biomedical services include on-site and depot preventive maintenance, repair, and warranty services for equipment such as compression device systems, defibrillators, EKG machines, electrosurgical units, external pacemakers, humidifiers, infusion pumps, LCDs, light sources, modules, patient monitors, printers, pulse oximeters, telemetry transmitters, and tourniquets—all completed to factory specifications.

About the Role

The Strategic Sourcing Analyst is a hybrid role combining hands-on procurement buying with data analytics responsibility. This person will own the team's broader ERP data quality and governance initiatives while also handling transactional buying for an assigned category. The role is designed to build toward greater category ownership over time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP master data governance effort, including cleansing and validating procurement data to meet the team's data accuracy targets
• Vendor and item setup in ERP
• Track and follow up on open purchase orders
• Enter sales order confirmations and shipping confirmations into M3
• Build and maintain spend and performance reporting, identifying trends and flagging risks
• Assist with ad hoc analysis for budgeting and forecasting
• Own end-to-end buying for an assigned category, including purchase orders, vendor communication, and expediting
• Follow up on open credit cases
• Buy additional items that may not be in M3 today

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, supply chain, or analytics
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL or Power BI experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable operating across both transactional buying and data/analytical work
