The Lippert Corporate Aftermarket team is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to assist in international vendor and materials sourcing. This position is remote, reporting into Lippert’s Corporate Headquarters located in Elkhart, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Complete Supplier Evaluation and Selection
• Develop an approved source list (ASL) – a curated roster of pre‑vetted vendors who meet the organization’s standards for quality, reliability, compliance, and capability
• Serve as the liaison between Lippert and suppliers to launch new products on time within budget or price targets
• Handle negotiation and contract management
• Drive cost optimization and cost reduction
• Perform market analysis
• Work directly with cross‑functional teams to lead collaboration and adoption of Lippert Vendor Compliance standards
• Manage vendor performance (cost, quality, delivery, service, compliance)

Qualifications

• BS is recommended but not required; historical working career background will be considered
• Experience with towing, RV, and/or marine products is a plus but not required
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft‑based software utilities
• Experience sourcing in a production environment
• College degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) preferred
• Buying or sales experience
• Demonstrated relationship building with key internal teams
• Ability to travel independently, domestically and globally up to 10% of time
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States
