Strategic Sourcer

Responsibilities
- Drive high volume outbound sourcing, including cold calls, cold emails, and social outreach
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive talent across multiple functions
- Use a sales style approach to engage, persuade, and convert prospects into active candidates
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and market dynamics
- Track outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline movement to meet weekly and monthly goals
- Leverage sourcing tools, platforms, and creative strategies to uncover hard to find talent
- Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong value based pitch
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources, information systems, or related field or at least five years of equivalent work experience
- Required: Minimum three years' experience related to talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting
- Required: Expert-level Boolean search proficiency
- Required: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Required: Working experience applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
- Required: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a passion for “selling” career opportunities
- Required: Experience interpreting data to refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates
