Strategic Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Drive high volume outbound sourcing, including cold calls, cold emails, and social outreach
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive talent across multiple functions
• Use a sales style approach to engage, persuade, and convert prospects into active candidates
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and market dynamics
• Track outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline movement to meet weekly and monthly goals
• Leverage sourcing tools, platforms, and creative strategies to uncover hard to find talent
• Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong value based pitch

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources, information systems, or related field or at least five years of equivalent work experience
• Required: Minimum three years' experience related to talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting
• Required: Expert-level Boolean search proficiency
• Required: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Required: Working experience applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
• Required: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a passion for “selling” career opportunities
• Required: Experience interpreting data to refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates
