Strategic Solutions Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will focus on enhancing technical demo capabilities and supporting cross-functional go-to-market efforts for complex software solutions. You will partner closely with Sales Engineers and technical stakeholders to improve tooling, address integration challenges, and strengthen technical positioning in customer conversations. The position blends hands-on development, solution design, and strategic feedback to help shape long-term product direction. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $142,000 – $178,000 annually Responsibilities Develop cross-platform expertise in the company's demo tooling Collaborate with Sales Engineers to identify gaps in demo tooling Design and maintain next-gen demo tooling using AI-assisted development Engage directly with technical leaders to address complex integrations Serve as a technical resource for demo tooling inquiries Identify product limitations and provide feedback for long-term strategy Coach Sales Engineers on technical positioning and objection handling Qualifications 6-10 years in solutions engineering or software development roles Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Proficient in modern languages like JavaScript/TypeScript or Python for front-end and back-end tooling Deep knowledge of API and SDK design and extensibility frameworks Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development tools and workflows Benefits Remote-first working environment Unlimited paid time off 401(k) with employer match Diversity and inclusion-focused company culture Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
