Solution Architect - Strategic Projects

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Solution Architect - Strategic Projects to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead complex technology transformation initiatives that shape solution strategy, architecture, and delivery alignment across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to design integrated solutions that improve process flow, data connectivity, and operational execution. This position also provides architectural guidance to implementation partners and helps establish the governance needed to deliver major transformation programs successfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT transformation initiatives, driving solution strategy, architecture, and delivery alignment.
• Design and govern integrated solution architectures across business platforms.
• Drive collaboration with stakeholders and external providers to develop innovative technology solutions.
• Ensure seamless end-to-end business process integration across enterprise systems.
• Provide architectural leadership to implementation partners, guiding delivery quality and standards.
• Establish and enforce governance standards and best practices for transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate business and technical tradeoffs, identifying risks and developing resolution strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership roles in large enterprises.
• Strong expertise in CRM, ERP, and ITSM platforms, such as Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
• Proven experience designing integrated end-to-end enterprise integrations, including APIs and middleware.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data models and integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead discussions and align IT and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML and intelligent automation capabilities.

Pay

$143,900 – $197,868 annually
