Strategic Services Consultant

With clients such as West Midlands Police, Cheshire Fire & Rescue Service, and Merseyside Police, we enable emergency services teams to deliver timely, transparent, and secure digital engagement – whether during routine operations or in times of crisis.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Support the creation of customers’ tailored and value-driven implementation experience that ensures customers are set up for success in achieving their business goals
- Support the sales team in demonstrating product value
- Manage ongoing strategic consulting projects with deliverables that are shared with multiple stakeholders, including senior executives
- Level up the social sophistication of our customers as well as our team to meet the ever-changing needs of social media
- Create and present impact reports that clearly communicate the output and effect on our customers’ work
- Deliver training and workshops
The Minimum Qualifications For This Role Include:
- 4+ years in social media strategy and customer-facing roles
- Experience in training and in navigating a software platform
- Reporting and data analysis experience
Preferred Skillset For This Role Includes:
- Understanding of social networks (in particular X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn) and social media strategy (ideally for public sector organisations)
- Understanding sophisticated use cases for social media strategy, such as social listening strategy and impact reporting
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects and simultaneously support the Sales and Success team
- Understanding of all components of the software sales process and the customer lifecycle
- Skilled in presenting performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with Boolean search strings and survey methodologies is desirable
- Proven experience working with public-sector or government clients is desirable
- AI literacy is desirable
