Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) Lead, North America

About the role

This role will lead Mars Food & Nutrition North America's Strategic Revenue Management team, vision, and execution across all four pillars of SRM, including Strategic Pricing, Trade Promotion Excellence, Trade Term Management, and Mix for Growth across both the US and Canadian markets. The role is tasked with continuing our SRM journey to drive greater efficiencies and create mutual value for Mars and our retailers as true category partners. The role will be responsible for leading trade spend governance process through the Pricing Council forum. The successful candidate will be a high caliber Account or Revenue Manager with the
