About the role

Strategic Revenue Management is a critical function designed to unlock and redeploy trapped value across five key levers (Pricing, Promotion, Mix, Terms, PPA). Success criteria include fueling COTY Net Revenue and Margin improvement through these levers, providing answers to the demands of shoppers and internal stakeholders. The Sr Manager (SRM) will harness data, analytics, and digital potential to translate into actionable tools, capabilities, and comprehensive execution plans. These analytical solutions are expected to increase demand and drive informed decisions about pricing, distribution, and inventory management, aiming to maximize COTY revenue and profitability. Identifying internal waste (inefficiency, spending ROI) based on internal capabilities and process is another success criterion.
