Strategic Reimbursement Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize U.S. reimbursement strategies for product and therapy areas
• Provide reimbursement and health policy guidance to product development teams
• Partner with HEOR to assess global evidence needs and support payer-relevant data development
• Analyze reimbursement landscapes and contribute to coding, coverage, and payment pathways
• Build and maintain relationships with payers, government agencies, and advocacy groups
• Identify reimbursement barriers and support initiatives to improve market access
• Design and deliver reimbursement education for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or health policy
• Strong understanding of U.S. coverage, coding, and payment systems
• Ability to support reimbursement strategy in a matrixed environment
• Proficiency with standard business applications
• CPC or similar credential preferred

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually

Schedule

Multiple shifts and hours available: Days, Swing (Eve), and Nights
