Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize U.S. reimbursement strategies for product and therapy areas
- Provide reimbursement and health policy guidance to product development teams
- Partner with HEOR to assess global evidence needs and support payer-relevant data development
- Analyze reimbursement landscapes and contribute to coding, coverage, and payment pathways
- Build and maintain relationships with payers, government agencies, and advocacy groups
- Identify reimbursement barriers and support initiatives to improve market access
- Design and deliver reimbursement education for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or health policy
- Strong understanding of U.S. coverage, coding, and payment systems
- Ability to support reimbursement strategy in a matrixed environment
- Proficiency with standard business applications
- CPC or similar credential preferred
Pay
$100,000 – $130,000 annually
Schedule
Multiple shifts and hours available: Days, Swing (Eve), and Nights
