Reimbursement Manager

Role: Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the clinical reimbursement process.
• Coordinate MDS assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support care planning and collaborate with nursing, therapy, and finance teams.
• Promote regulatory compliance while maintaining resident-centered care.
• Ensure appropriate reimbursement capture through effective documentation and processes.

• Strong understanding of clinical reimbursement processes and MDS assessments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
