Job Description
The Strategic Project Manager advances Unbridled’s enterprise priorities by leading company-level projects across Shared Services, including Finance, HR, Learning & Development, Marketing, and other cross-functional initiatives. Reporting to Learning & Development, this role is responsible for turning strategic priorities into clear plans, coordinated workstreams, and measurable progress from kickoff through implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, shared services, or a related business function. Corporate Event Management experience a plus.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and strategically connecting projects, priorities, and outcomes to drive cohesive, enterprise-wide impact.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of following through on details and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and keep teams aligned.
- Working knowledge of business functions such as finance, human resources, marketing, operations, or systems implementation.
- Expert in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
- Experience working in Learning Management Systems and creating documentation, training materials, or process guides that support team adoption and consistency.
- Able to work effectively at all organizational levels across teams and with individuals from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.
- PREFERRED: experience supporting policy, compliance, audit readiness, or GRC-related processes and systems.
