Strategic Project Manager
for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none obvious. Remove duplicated lines.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:

The "Specific Requirements" section appears after Essential Functions. It includes many bullet-like sentences. We'll treat those as Requirements.
Let's extract Specific Requirements sentences:
"Lead project management of strategic construction/renovation projects for the Pinnacle.

We need to separate into Requirements (maybe qualifications) and Skills? The instructions: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can put the mandatory eligibility items under Requirements, and the competencies/skills under Skills. Qualifications could be education and experience.
Thus:
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be able to complete a heavy workload within established time frames.
- Must be able to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
- Must meet the minimum age requirements established by the state regulations governing the community.

- Ability to travel for training and work-related activities.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no major violations.
Now Skills: maybe the technical/project management skills from Specific Requirements that are not eligibility: Lead project management..., Track CapEx budgets..., Assist in disseminating..., Send project recaps..., Participate in leadership calls..., Identifies new technologies..., Participates in interviews..., Help set expectations..., Performs any additional duties... These are more like duties but could be considered skills. However we already have Responsibilities section covering many of those. To avoid duplication, we could put the technical project management skills under Skills, and keep Responsibilities as the core duties list from Essential Functions. But we already listed many duties in Responsibilities (the Essential Functions). The Specific Requirements list overlaps with Responsibilities; we need to avoid duplication but preserve all substantive info. We could merge overlapping items, but instructions say preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay? It says remove duplicated lines. So we should not duplicate identical sentences. Overlapping but not identical maybe okay but better to avoid.
Thus we can split: Responsibilities from Essential Functions (first list). Skills from Specific Requirements that are more about abilities: Lead project management..., Track CapEx..., Assist in disseminating..., Send project recaps..., Participate in leadership calls..., Identifies new technologies..., Participates in interviews..., Help set expectations..., Performs any additional duties... These are still duties but could be considered skills. However they are similar to responsibilities. Might be okay to keep them under Skills as they are more about capabilities.
Qualifications: Education And Experience Requirements: "Strategic Project Manager is expected to pursue continuing education in the field of Construction, Life Safety, and Facilities Management best practices." That's the only qualification. Also maybe we could include that they need to pursue continuing education. We'll put that.
Benefits: Additional Benefits list: "True Work-Life balance – We believe in taking care of yourself before you take care of others! Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match) Paid time off, holiday pay, and professional development Your voice matters! - Work with other passionate and high-achieving leaders who care deeply about patient outcomes and team success."
We need to format as list items.
Also "Why Join Us? Something Else That Sets Us Apart From Other Companies Is The Quality Of Our Most Valuable Resources – Our People! We Are Dedicated To Living Out Our Culture As Defined By Our Core Values, “CAPLICO” Customer Second – We prioritize and support our team so they can deliver exceptional care. Accountability – Own your work and outcomes. Passion for Learning – Grow continuously with curiosity and culture. Love One Another – Build authentic, respectful, and trusting relationships. Intelligent Risk Taking – Innovate and challenge the status quo. Celebrate – Recognize the small wins, they add up! Ownership – Be the CEO of your role." This is more about culture; could be part of Benefits or maybe a separate section but we don't have a heading for Culture. Could include under Benefits as additional points.
We'll create Benefits section with list items: True Work-Life balance, Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match), Paid time off, holiday pay, and professional development, Your voice matters! - Work with other passionate and high-achieving leaders..., plus the core values list.
We need to avoid boilerplate like "About Pennant Services" maybe we could include as About the company but not required. The instructions: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. About Pennant Services is specific content; we could add a section "About the company" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we cannot add extra headings. So we
for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none obvious. Remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:
