Responsibilities
- Develop preliminary designs and specifications for engineering and materials
- Conduct research and feasibility studies to ensure design viability and cost-effectiveness
- Cook up coordination with equipment vendors to plan layouts and maintain installation schedules
- Prepare project plans, including justifications and budget analyses, for project execution
- Monitor installations to ensure compliance with specifications and budget management
- Drive positive employee experience through leadership and coaching
- Submit detailed reports to management regarding project advancement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent education and experience
- 2+ years' experience in leadership involving team development and management
- Ability to apply engineering principles to operational and design issues
- Knowledge of project scheduling in installation and construction
- Proficient in Project Management and Contract Administration; knowledgeable in national codes and standards
- Skilled in engineering economics and proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office products
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time for collaboration
Pay
$105,000 – $140,000 annually
