Strategic Project Lead - Software Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Project Lead / Technical Program Lead to manage large-scale software engineering programs and distributed technical teams. The role combines program management, technical operations, quality management, analytics, and client communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with software engineering workflows and reviewing technical work.
