Strategic Project Lead | Remote

About the role

Remote, part-time (10–40 hrs/week) position focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for top AI Lab clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the project end-to-end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely happy.
• Own and manage data pipelines, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Manage a team of human data managers and leads reviewing the tasks of experts.
• Communicate directly with top AI Labs on massive projects.
• Work with human data engineers to define and manage KPIs.
• Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact.

Requirements

• Strong relevant experience in data operations, engineering, or computer science.
• Strong relevant experience in a leadership role, driving operational processes, managing large-scale data projects, or optimizing workflows.
• Passion for building from the ground up, identifying inefficiencies, and executing solutions rapidly.

Pay

$300,000 – $500,000 USD
