Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project leadership and cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution
- Manage and coordinate activities of external consultants and project partners
- Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, including community engagement efforts as needed
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and task delegation to junior staff members
- Oversee preparation of design deliverables, including drawings, technical calculations, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates
- Develop detailed scopes of work and estimate level of effort for project tasks
- Apply relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices to project work
- Cookordination with client representatives and internal teams to maintain alignment and progress
- Support clear communication and efficient workflow throughout all project phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Extensive professional experience in engineering or infrastructure projects (typically 10+ years)
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or similar credential preferred
- Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., CAD-based tools or comparable platforms)
- Familiarity with transportation or infrastructure standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of construction methods and engineering principles
- Prowen ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with common business software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Pay
Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 annually
Schedule
