Engineering Project Lead (REMOTE)

For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Project Lead to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This remote role will guide cross-functional engineering initiatives that support operational excellence, quality, and reliability in a healthcare environment. The position will coordinate work across product teams, manage dependencies, and help ensure projects move forward efficiently. It will also support process improvement efforts that strengthen patient experience and program performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Analyze data to support organizational objectives and develop solutions Collaborate on performance improvement projects for program efficiency and patient experience Distribute analytical reports to stakeholders Coordinate engineering efforts across product teams and manage interdependencies Facilitate sprint ceremonies and track project progress Embed quality controls in the engineering process through testing strategies Identify opportunities for process improvement in engineering and QA practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 3–5 years of experience in IT and/or project management Experience with QA/testing processes or release activities preferred Agile or Scrum experience preferred Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar preferred Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred Benefits Full-time position Commitment to employee development and professional growth Collaboration in a mission-driven healthcare organization Emphasis on quality and reliability in patient care Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
