Strategic Project Lead, Coding/SWE

Full-time, remote role with a flexible commitment of 10-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines, ensuring quality and client alignment.
• Drive automation of pipeline workflows, including task generation and reporting.
• Coordinate across experts, reviewers, and clients to maintain execution consistency.
• Define task specifications and review rubrics to establish quality standards.
• Track and optimize pipeline health across quality and delivery metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement based on client feedback and performance data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and coding fundamentals.
• Strong relevant experience leading technical projects or data workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using metrics to drive improvements.
• Ability to translate client requirements into clear technical specifications and workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and client-facing teams.

Pay

$120,000 – $160,000 USD
