Strategic Programs Lead, Strategic Customer & Partner Marketing
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Programs Leader to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This role combines strategic program leadership, executive-level stakeholder management, and organizational influence to ensure the VP's highest priorities are executed with precision and impact.
Responsibilities
Partner with the executive leader to define, communicate, and execute on organizational priorities and long-term strategy.
Prepare and manage executive briefings and strategic presentations for internal engagements as well as external.
Track progress against key business goals and surface risks or opportunities to leadership.
Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure efficient execution of cross-functional initiatives.
Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes and frameworks to improve team effectiveness.
Manage the executive's time and priorities, including agenda-setting for leadership meetings and offsites.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Lead or support high-priority, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
Facilitate decision-making by synthesizing complex information and presenting clear recommendations.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Draft internal communications, memos, and announcements on behalf of the executive.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Represent the executive in meetings and working groups as needed.
Team & Culture:
Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support talent development, team engagement, and organizational health initiatives.
Qualifications
9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
