About the role
This position will be onsite 3 days a week and virtual 2 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy for knowledge integration initiatives, aligning team efforts with business and customer needs to deliver business value
- Work with team leads to surface opportunities leveraging advanced GenAI approaches
- Build and prioritize product roadmaps, backlogs, and epics, translating business and technical requirements into clear tasks and acceptance criteria
- Cook up and execute ongoing software development and service projects, ensuring effective allocation of resources and timely delivery
- Track project progress and report outcomes, developing and utilizing KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement in team coordination and customer engagement
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and support team alignment on product goals
- Build cooperative relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders across the enterprise, serving as the key point-of-contact for KIA in the US
- Identify opportunities for expanding language and translation product reach, especially in key regions like US & LATAM, supporting onboarding and customer engagement strategies to increase ecosystem adoption
- Serve as the contact point for stakeholder updates, project transparency, and feedback loops
- Advocate for efficient knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 7 years' experience OR Master's degree with 6 years' experience OR PhD with 2 years' experience in product management, product ownership, or project coordination in technical/data-centric environments
- Experience leading Agile teams, coaching others in Agile methodologies, and driving organizational change towards the product operating model
- Working knowledge of ontology design, FAIR principles, and data/metadata standards
- Basic understanding of terminology management preferred
- Experience working with language/translation solutions preferred, including translation management systems
- Excellent communication skills – capable of translating complex concepts for different audiences
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of and respect for cultural differences, especially with the global nature of the team's work and the focus on the US market
- Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Proficiency with MS 360 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Experience within pharmaceutical R&D or scientific domains a plus

Pay
Compensation range: $109,500 - $208,500 USD
Schedule
Primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
