About the role
We are seeking a Senior Strategic Planning Specialist to support Honda’s Marine initiatives by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and business conditions to aid in new model development and lineup strategies.
Responsibilities
- Leading product planning
- Coordinating product launches
- Serving as the customer advocate during product concept, design, and testing phases
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams
- Providing industry insights
- Maintaining deep knowledge of Marine products and competitors
- Focusing on product planning, lineup strategy, supporting product launches, and providing market insights to drive product development aligned with customer needs and business goals
- Demonstrating high industry knowledge, leadership, and effective stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related fields
- At least 5 years of marine industry experience or 8+ years in related work
