Responsibilities
- Manage demand planning and inventory levels for multiple product lines through various systems (D365, OMNIS)
- Aid procurement in identifying material requirements
- Utilize strong analytical skills and communicate with stakeholders around complex situations
- Develop and deploy visual metrics within the group (Power BI, Tableau)
- Accountable for capacity/utilization planning and alignment with production model
- Develop procedures and tools for efficient data capture and real-time tracking of demand planning and inventory levels
- Interpret forecasted demand, assess requirements, and identify solutions to non-standard requests
- Comply with all policies and standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, product management, scheduling, and logistics teams to forecast demand, balance supply, and proactively identify risks and opportunities within the planning horizon
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s in science / supply chain or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of strategic planning, scheduling, inventory management, or supply chain activities or operations preferred
- Working knowledge of OMNIS/D365 or other MRP planning systems
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel or data analytics tools
- Ability to interface with senior management
- Complex critical thinking skills
- Effective written and verbal skills
