Strategic Planning Leader - Ops_3068

What You Do

• Proactively ensures the department leader is prepared for upcoming meetings, presentations, and discussions.
• Enables and equips the ELT member for all topics related to the function, covering content, planning, and communications.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to clarify their expectations and requirements.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs and handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
• Supports the project management of all major department projects and requests to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of content and logistics.
• Serves as the main point of contact for incoming requests related to the function, coordinating, gathering, and distributing the correct content for project execution and deliverable sign-offs within the department.

What You Bring

• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5-7 years' experience in technology or finance-related fields.

Locations: 3 days/week in Minneapolis, MN.

• An annualized base pay range of $140,000 - 170,000, with the actual salary determined by a range of factors including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, and the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate.
