About the role

Constellation West is bidding on recompeting Joint Exercise, Training, Assessment and Related Support for USSTRATCOM/J7. Qualified incumbents will have the Right of First Refusal (ROFR) for applicable positions, contingent upon continued eligibility, performance, and government approval.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for joint exercises, training, assessments, and related support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with mission objectives
• Manage project timelines and resources to meet program milestones
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Onsite at Offutt AFB, NE
• 7+ years of CCMD strategic planning experience
• PREFERRED: JSPS experience
• PREFERRED: Advanced degree

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
