About the role

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales representative to identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and generate revenue growth. This role is ideal for a natural connector who enjoys meeting new people, building trust, and creating opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges, goals, and opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closed deals.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and business functions when applicable.
  • Generate new referral partnerships and strategic business relationships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and activity targets.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client relations preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
