About the role
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales representative to identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and generate revenue growth. This role is ideal for a natural connector who enjoys meeting new people, building trust, and creating opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges, goals, and opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closed deals.
- Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and business functions when applicable.
- Generate new referral partnerships and strategic business relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and activity targets.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client relations preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
