About the role

The Strategic Partnerships Specialist supports the Partnerships team within Platform Distribution & Partnerships (PD&P), a division of NBCUniversal’s Media Group. PD&P is responsible for the distribution and monetization of NBCUniversal’s linear and streaming portfolio across pay-TV providers, technology platforms, and strategic partners. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to gain exposure to executive leadership, enterprise partnerships, and cross-company decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage the operational rhythm of the team, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities move forward efficiently
  • Serve as a reliable point of coordination across internal stakeholders
  • Support the creation of agendas, briefing documents, presentations, and summaries for internal and external meetings
  • Aid in research, analysis, and internal alignment efforts related to partnership initiatives
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across business, legal, strategy, and operations stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience (e.g., media, technology, business operations, strategy, consulting, or executive support roles)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce polished, clear materials
  • Comfort working with senior leaders and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Proactive, dependable, and collaborative working style
  • Interest in partnerships, media, technology, and corporate strategy

Additional Requirements

  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, requiring contributions from the office a minimum of four days per week.

Salary Range

$65,000 - $80,000
