About The Role
The Strategic Partnerships Manager, Health Plans role is responsible for managing and expanding partnerships with health plans. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction and partnership success.
What You'll Do
- Process improvement and streamlining systems (ideally with AI)
- Lead external meetings and build credibility with health plan stakeholders
- Cross-functionally lead customers through the Sprinter Health customer journey
- Define and track measurable success plans with clear outcomes
- Analyze partnership performance data and make recommendations for optimization
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within your portfolio
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, enterprise partnerships, business operations, or investment banking with a focus on the healthcare vertical
- Experience working cross-functionally with partnerships, operations, product, and other members of cross-functional teams
- Urgency in execution and adaptability to changing situations
- Strong empathy for customers and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Executive presence and business acumen
- Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Track record of identifying and closing expansion opportunities within a portfolio of accounts
