You will design and scale our Strategic Partnerships program from the ground up, establishing relationships that become a long-term competitive advantage for the brand.
What You'll Build
- Develop the Fizion Performance Partner Program and turn it into a repeatable national growth engine.
- Create partnerships with boutique fitness studios, specialty retailers, running communities, universities, hospitality groups, corporate wellness organizations, and performance-focused events.
- Design systems that allow the partnership channel to scale efficiently over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a qualified partnership pipeline using outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, and networking.
- Research target organizations and decision makers.
- Conduct discovery meetings and present the Fizion partnership program.
- Negotiate and onboard new partners.
- Cook up partner launch kits, merchandising, training materials, and marketing assets.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and E-commerce to ensure partner success.
- Track KPIs and continuously improve the partnership playbook.
- Represent Fizion at key industry conferences and trade shows.
What Success Looks Like
- Build an organized prospect database and outreach cadence.
- Lay the groundwork for the initial partnership program.
- Secure the first 25 active partners.
- Document the first version of the partnership playbook.
- Build a scalable partnership acquisition system.
- Establish 200+ active performance partners.
- Create measurable customer acquisition through partnerships.
- Develop wholesale relationships that generate recurring revenue.
- Build a channel capable of growing for years to come.
Ideal Background
- 3–7 years in strategic partnerships, business development, channel sales, account management, or related experience.
- Experience in consumer products, fitness, wellness, retail, or startups is a plus.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable creating systems from scratch.
- An analytical mindset with experience using CRM or pipeline management tools.
