Strategic Partnerships Lead — Federal Primes & Capture (USA Remote)

About the role

Build Legion’s Prime-partner program from the ground up and convert relationships with federal Primes into qualified, opportunity-led pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and develop relationships with target Primes
• Build the operating playbook across targeting, enablement, teaming, pursuit tracking, and internal cadence
• Develop joint value propositions, solution positioning, and teaming strategies tied to specific opportunities
• Translate Legion’s technical capabilities into credible mission and capture narratives
• Work across sales, engineering, product, and marketing to support active pursuits

Requirements

• Technical Foundation: Technical fluency to speak credibly with enterprise architects and engineering leads in federal environments. Must understand how LLMs, agentic frameworks, and developer tooling operate within federal infrastructure, including FedRAMP, IL4/IL5, and zero-trust requirements (coding not required).
• Startup Agility: Proven ability to navigate a high-growth environment with limited structure. Comfortable building the playbook while executing independently with minimal supervision in long-cycle federal sales.

Success measures

• Partner-sourced and influenced pipeline
• Primes engaged on priority pursuits
• Formal teaming positions or defined workshare
• Progression toward proposal, award, and revenue

Pay

$180,000 - $360,000 USD

US Citizenship is required due to US Federal Government contract requirements.
