What You'll Do
- Industry Event Leadership: Represent Commure at major healthcare conferences, tradeshows, and industry events nationwide.
- Actively network, build connections, and position the company as a trusted partner in the industry.
- Quota-Carrying Business Development: Own and achieve a revenue quota by converting leads from conferences, tradeshows, and in-market visits into long-term partnerships.
- Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current partners, managing ongoing communications, escalations, and strategic alignment.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and execute partnership strategies informed by conference insights and market trends. Identify opportunities for collaboration and joint initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize ROI from event participation and ensure seamless partner onboarding.
- Performance Evaluation and Optimization: Track and report on pipeline, conference-driven outcomes, and partnership KPIs to measure success against targets.
What You Have
- 5+ years of proven success in business development, partnerships, or sales within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed a sales quota.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage healthcare executives, administrators, and investors in event-driven settings.
- Skilled at delivering polished, persuasive presentations both in person and virtually.
- Enthusiastic about national travel, with a commitment to being on the road 50% of the month for conferences, tradeshows, and partner meetings.
- A track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
