About the role
As the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will drive revenue and market share for the GHE product line by developing and managing strategic relationships with top-tier institutional and organizational partners, including law schools and legal education stakeholders. This role is a key contributor to the law school vertical, supporting and executing strategies to expand adoption of the GRE and its impact within legal education.
Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Drive sales to establish and deepen commitment to using the GRE as an admissions tool in law schools, increasing test-taker volume and market share.
- Cultivate existing relationships and build new ones with leaders and decision-makers within targeted law schools.
- Manage full-cycle sales and pipeline building: prospect targeting, engagement, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-closing account management.
- Develop strategies to access decision-makers at key accounts and build brand awareness in the U.S. market.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to create innovative sales and marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the higher education marketplace and competitor offerings to differentiate and drive volume.
- Create, personalize, and present visually appealing and persuasive webinars and tech demos for multiple audiences.
- Represent the ETS brand and promote GHE products at conferences, webinars, and business events.
- Use Salesforce to log all sales activity and opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of the law school vertical strategy.
- Develop relationships with law schools and legal education stakeholders.
- Create engagement strategies for Pre-Law Advisors.
- Support stakeholder engagement and related initiatives.
- Client Management
- Develop trusted, mutually beneficial relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to support continued use of GHE Assessments.
- Uncover client goals, identify opportunities for growth, and make volume projections across your territory.
- Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction.
- Anticipate and respond to client needs in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Secure contract renewals for GHE Products.
- Track law school engagement and pipeline against KPIs.
- Provide insights and updates to the Law Subject Matter Expert (SME) and team.
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
- Knowledge of higher education; law school experience preferred.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is between the low and high end of the advertised range. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is one aspect of the Total Rewards Package.
