Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in diagnostics, biopharma, healthcare commercial roles, strategic partnerships, national accounts, or market access.
- Proven success managing strategic partnerships and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong understanding of oncology diagnostics, including molecular diagnostics, next-generation sequencing, biomarker testing, and evolving oncology care models.
- Experience building executive relationships while also driving execution across operational and field-level teams.
- Strong skills in negotiation, influencing without authority, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise account planning.
- Able to develop strategic plans, manage complex initiatives, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market dynamics and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 50% of the time.
