Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic partnerships with key external partners, serving as the primary relationship owner throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner organizations while providing strategic recommendations and business updates to senior leadership.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Marketing, Legal, Policy, Communications, and Operations teams to ensure successful partnership execution.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that support product launches, business growth, and long-term strategic objectives.
- Lead executive meetings, partnership reviews, escalation discussions, and deal implementation activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify partnership risks, resolve complex business challenges, and proactively recommend strategic solutions.
- Analyze partner performance, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and strengthen strategic relationships.
- Develop scalable workflows and operational processes that improve partnership execution from deal development through product launch.
- Interpret partnership agreements and collaborate with legal teams to ensure contractual compliance and successful execution.
- Travel periodically within the United States to support strategic partner engagements and executive meetings.
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven experience owning complex external partnerships and executive-level stakeholder relationships.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategic planning through product launch.
- Strong business judgment with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives and resolve complex partner issues.
- Experience managing executive escalations and influencing internal and external VP-level stakeholders.
- Experience interpreting commercial agreements and collaborating with legal teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in highly ambiguous, fast-paced, matrixed technology environments.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- MBA or other advanced business degree.
- Experience in consumer electronics, AI devices, wearables, accessories, or hardware partnerships.
- Management consulting background with client-facing strategic partnership experience.
- Previous experience at Meta or another large-scale technology company.
- Strong technical aptitude with an interest in AI, wearable technologies, and emerging consumer products.
- Experience managing international or enterprise-scale strategic partnerships.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business engagements.
